Over the past several years I have had the opportunity to train several elite athletes as well as film stars such as Hugh Jackman, Zack Efron, David Duchovny, Blake Lively, Dominic Purcell, Jessica Alba and Amanda Peet. My training background started and continues to be focused on athletic style training. The thing that I love about actors and athletes alike, are that they are extremely driven, and work hard to reach their personal fitness goals.

Having the opportunity to work with Hugh Jackman on several films has given me the opportunity to help many people strive to achieve similar changes to their physique, athleticism, and health. Hugh is truly a great role model accessing good nutrition, hard training, and essential recovery methods. I’ve put together a proven program that I’ve used with several clients needing to get fit fast, improve athleticism, and feel great.

Each phase lasts for 4 weeks and each phase builds on the next.Too many people always do what they’ve always done and always get what they’ve always got.
