I originally came to PI to help my golf game. I was obese, unfit and suffering from spinal disease. The training and nutrition programming here definitely helped with golf but also helped me lose weight and improve my fitness level. I became passionate about lifting weight and with the instruction and encouragement of the amazing PI trainers I have achieved fitness and strength far beyond anything I ever imagined, much less thought possible. I cannot be more thankful for everyone and the training environment at PI.
