Whether you are a seasoned athlete or are new to fitness, you will love our Metabolic Bootcamps.

Each session is limited to no more than 12 participants, so it feels personal yet has a the great team vibe. Each exercise is broken down so if you're new to exercise or an experienced exercise enthusiast, these workouts will challenge you. 

Tuesday's and Thursdays at 6:00am and 5:00pm / Saturday's at 10:00am

It was a hard start for me to get back into the flow of exercise, but every time I walk through the doors, I am met with the encouraging faces of all the PI staff.
